1. Turn the oven to 350 degrees and preheat.
2. Press the frozen bread dough into the bottom of a pizza sheet to form a pizza crust.
3. Rub the top of the dough with olive oil.
4. Place the grilled eggplant, tomatoes, olives and artichoke hearts on the top of the crust.
5. Sprinkle with the top with the cheeses, garlic salt and basil.
6. Bake until the cheese is melted and the crust is browned lightly, which takes about 20 minutes.
7. Slice into wedges and serve.
